As my name indicates I'm fairly new to trading, I have a question that I hope one of you more seasoned traders could help with: According to the restructuring agreement, the remaining 4.5% equity shares will be converted or cashed out, who in this situation would be considered the "existing partner equity holders"? Initially I thought anyone who owns stock prior to the actual restructuring, however, following this the statement makes the following reference "All existing equity interests of PubCo will be cancelled without recovery". I apologize for what many of you will likely find a stupid question, I'm just starting out here. I bought in yesterday at .02.
